Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that provide business leaders with timely, accurate, and actionable insights. This role is responsible for translating business questions into scalable reporting outputs, improving dashboard usability and performance, and helping establish trusted KPI frameworks and reporting standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and reporting layers for business and executive stakeholders
• Translate business questions and reporting needs into practical BI solutions
• Develop semantic models, KPI frameworks, and structured reporting logic
• Optimize dashboard usability, performance, and stakeholder adoption
• Ensure data consistency, metric governance, and reporting accuracy across outputs
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to improve reporting architecture and data accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling
• Ability to design executive-ready dashboards and business reporting solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements translation skills
• Experience working with reporting logic, KPI definitions, and dashboard usability improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR, finance, sales, or operations analytics
• Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, Tableau calculations, or LookML
• Experience supporting self-service analytics and business user enablement
• Understanding of reporting governance, metric standardization, and dashboard best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional analytics and reporting teams
