Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Analyst to support funnel analysis, campaign performance, customer behavior insights, and growth experimentation across digital products or service businesses. As the UAE market continues prioritizing digital growth and measurable marketing performance, analytics roles tied directly to growth outcomes are increasingly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics across funnels
• Support campaign analysis, experiment reporting, and growth insight generation
• Build dashboards and reports for growth and leadership teams
• Identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and performance drivers
• Work with marketing, product, and data teams on optimization priorities
• Improve decision-making through measurable growth insights

Requirements

• Experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or product analytics
• Strong Excel, SQL, and dashboard reporting capability
• Ability to convert user and performance data into recommendations
• Strong analytical thinking and business communication skills
