• Manage HR operations processes across onboarding, records, workflow control, and service support
• Improve HR documentation, reporting, and internal process discipline
• Support employee lifecycle workflows and operational compliance
• Coordinate with payroll, HR systems, managers, and support teams
• Improve service quality, turnaround time, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain visibility into HR operational performance and risks
