Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to support CRM strategy, business process design, and user engagement across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate requirements into system recommendations
- Support CRM enhancements, adoption, and data quality improvement
- Create BRDs, user stories, and training documents
- Work with technical teams during delivery cycles
