We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented professional to lead the end-to-end development of Expert Arm’s website. This role goes beyond traditional web development—it requires a strategic thinker who can translate a premium financial brand into a seamless, high-converting digital experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining a website that reflects Expert Arm’s positioning as a global, elite financial and advisory firm.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead the complete development lifecycle of the Expert Arm website—from concept to deployment.
• Translate brand identity into a premium, high-end digital interface aligned with a “quiet luxury” aesthetic.
• Design and implement a conversion-focused user journey, ensuring strong lead generation and engagement.
• Structure the website for scalability, allowing future integration of services, content hubs, and AI tools (e.g., ARM chatbot).
• Collaborate with leadership to align the website with business strategy, service offerings, and global positioning.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement SEO best practices to support organic visibility and long-term growth.
• Integrate tools such as booking systems, CRM links, analytics, and tracking pixels.
• Maintain and continuously improve the website based on performance data and user behavior.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack web development or advanced front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
  • CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS)
• Experience in UI/UX design principles, with a strong eye for premium aesthetics.
• Familiarity with SEO optimization, page speed performance, and technical audits.
• Experience integrating:
