Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital campaign strategy, paid media execution, funnel optimization, and measurable growth across online channels. Remote and remote-ready marketing demand remains active in the UAE, especially for performance-led roles tied to lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Improve CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, and funnel performance
• Build landing page, audience, and creative testing strategies
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams on lead-generation goals
• Track campaign performance and produce actionable reporting
• Improve digital growth strategy through data-driven experimentation

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing
• Strong platform knowledge across paid media channels
• Ability to manage budgets, attribution, testing, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion-focused marketing
